1. The earliest time of arrival is Saturday at 4 pm. The latest time of departure is Saturday at 10 am. Cannot and will not be departed from. However, early arrivals and late departures can, at their own risk, deposit their luggage in the depot with access from the hall.
    
2. A maximum of 4 persons are allowed in the flats. Only 2 persons are allowed in flat B, and 6 persons in flat DE, LM, PQ and S.
    
3. Upon departure the refrigerator must be turned off and defrosted. Bed linen, towels, dish towels, etc. must be put in a plastic bag and left in the kitchen. The flat must be left in a tidy condition. There is a vacuum cleaner on each floor in the fire-fighting equipment room. Used tableware must be cleaned. All waste, bottles, etc. must be cleared away and put in our container outside the back entry, between 8.00 and 18.00. Draw the curtains.
    
4. Alterations to furniture and decorations in the flats must only take place if all owners agree on that point. Protect the furniture. Please do not sit in the settees with bathing suits nor with sun-tan lotion.
    
5. An inventory list is displayed in the flat. Furniture and equipment, etc. must be intact at the time of departure. Any damage to furniture and equipment, etc. must be paid for by the person(s) causing the damage. If glasses, china, cutlery, etc. are missing, such objects may be obtained from the caretaker.
   The caretaker has opening hours between 09.00 – 10.00,  or can be contacted on the mobil phone: 0660778627.
   In case of damage on equipment, not in stock by the caretakers, the company will make the most affordable supplementary purchase at the cost and expense of the person(s) causing the damage.
    
6. Bathing suits etc. must not be hung to dry in the windows and on balconies. Washing machines and tumblers on the 1st floor may be used free of charge, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays   and Fridays. An electric drying rack/he ating   panel has   been   installed in the bathrooms. Towels must not be used on the beach.
    
7. Please close the windows every time you leave and always when the airconditioning is on. Please don’t be too noisy in the flats, hall, stairways and passages - be considerate!
    
8. The service room on the lower floor of the building with card phone, fax/copier and a computer with printer may be used free of charge by all guests/shareholders. The users are responsible for tidying up after themselves. Phone cards can be bought at Maison de la Presse opposite Résidence Masséna.
    
9. Pets are not allowed and must not be present on the premises.
    
10. No parking places are reserved for Résidence Masséna. Unloading and loading is permitted in Rue Masséna from 7 am to 11 am. 
     
11. Please be very careful about fire hazards in the building. Smoking in passages, stairways and lifts is prohibited. All residents should familiarize themselves with the location of fire fighting equipment and how to use it. On each floor, and in the hall, fire extinguishers, etc. are stored behind a door marked "Fire-Fighting Equipment".
